Overview
The Hotel Technical Manager is responsible for the technical maintenance of a specific hotel.

What I do from day to day ...
…Check all technical installations to prevent any problems and implement corrective action plans
…Control and improve energy consumption
…Prepare and follow up security commission action plans
…Train staff in the hotel's security rules and procedures
…Follow the preventative maintenance plan and the water hygiene procedures
…Follow the investment budget

I ensure that the hotel is in good working order and that the preventative maintenance plan is duly implemented. I may be required to handle relations
with sub-contractors. I ensure the safety of property and people and the quality of equipment within the hotel.
