For all employees, Accor applies a compensation policy that takes into account their performance. Managers receive a base salary and an incentive bonus, ranging from 5% to 30% of the base, depending on the level of responsability and reflecting the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Employees shareholding programmes
Employees are regularly offered, in the countries where the law permits, the opportunity to subscribe Accor shares on preferential terms and conditions, in the frame of capital increases reserved for Accor employees.
