Overview
The night auditor welcomes late arrivals and assists guests who need to depart early in the morning. He provides continuity of service for the Front Office.

What I do from day to day ...
…Provide a personal and warm welcome for guests
…Respond to a range of customer requests
…Carry out all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in, activate telephone line…)
…Handle internal and external phone calls
…Manage invoicing, payments and cash operations during the night shift
…Close the operations for the day
…Write an activity and incident report every night and pass on any instructions

Depending on the structure, I may also set out the breakfast room and clean public areas. If the hotel is full, I always propose alternative accommodation within the Accor group.
