Overview
The maitre d’hotel manages the kitchen and restaurant teams and ensures excellent coordination between the two.

What I do from day to day ...
…Welcome and seat guests as soon as they arrive
…Present guests the menu, offer advice on dishes and choice of wine
…Integrate, train and supervise the restaurant staff
…Organise duties and transmit information to team members as necessary
…Check invoicing and cash operations, and daily activity reports
…Undertake storage and stock management for the department

I ensure that guests receive the best possible service and handle any complaints. I help generate a friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
