Overview
The housekeeper organises the daily cleaning and tidying of rooms and public spaces under his/her responsibility.

What I do from day to day ...
…Integrate, train and supervise the staff on each floor
…Check the quality of housekeeping services
…Supervise room maintenance in coordination with the technical team
…Manage stocks of linen, cleaning products and welcome gifts
…Schedule any large cleaning work that may be required

I am the main contact for regular guests and am familiar with their preferences. I guarantee absolute cleanliness and hygiene. I contribute to the protection of the environment (water and energy consumption, waste management…)
