The general manager ensures cohesion and coordination between all the teams in the hotel. He is the prime "ambassador" for both the hotel and Accor among both the clientele and local institutions.

What I do from day to day ...
…Supervise the team and develop their skills
…Lead hotel marketing activities in the local area
…Design and implement actions to improve revenue from the rooms, food & beverage and direct sales divisions
…Build and nurture local networks
…Prepare the hotel budget
…Implement any projects launched by the brand
…Anticipate risks and prevent them
…Maintain the hotel's cultural heritage and propose projects for investment as needed

I am responsible for the attainment of the hotel's commercial, managerial and financial targets. As head of the hotel's operating account, I implement corrective actions as necessary. I guarantee that social legislation is correctly applied and respected.
