…Facilitate the customers' everyday lives by dealing with their requests for information, assistance and support
…Present our products on our customers' sites and become the central contact point for personal support
…Respond to customers by providing practical and clear solutions to their everyday problems
…Adapt the response according to customers' circumstances: dates, budget…

I contribute to the well-being of employees in their place of work by taking care of certain time-consuming and tiresome tasks. I keep informed about the various services offered by our suppliers: hotels, tour operators, dry cleaners...
