Overview
The hotel sales executive is responsible for selling seminars, meetings and evening events from the first customer contact through to invoicing.

What I do from day to day ...
…Provide customers with a warm welcome
…Identify customer needs and make a business proposal
…Draw up a well-presented and customised business proposal in line with the brand's policies
…Prepare the different instructions for internal departments for the event and distribute them
…Be available for the customer throughout the event and ensure its smooth running
…Update the customer file for each event

I have a full knowledge of the hotel's seminars and meetings services as well as the pricing policy. I am proactive in suggesting new marketing policies for the hotel. I monitor commercial aspects of the local competition.
