Overview
The rooms division manager is in charge of organising and ensuring that the reception, reservations, room service and floor service teams provide quality services for guests.

What I do from day to day ...
…Integrate, train and supervise the Rooms Division team
…Improve the hotel's occupancy rate and develop sales of "parallel" guest services
…Supervise and coordinate the different teams within the department and ensure their smooth running
...Take part in drawing up the hotel's sales and marketing plan
…Prepare the annual budget for the Rooms Division

I ensure the high quality of hospitality and guest services and take any necessary corrective actions. I am familiar with the preferences of regular guests and instruct the different teams within the division accordingly. I guarantee the financial and qualitative results for the department.
