Environmental indicators
A management system (called OPEN for its French acronym) was developed in 2004 to provide
the most useful data for quickly and regularly measuring the Group’s environmental performance.
Already implemented worldwide to track deployment of Hotel Environment charter actions,
it will eventually be used in all regions to monitor water and energy use as well.
