An explanatory comic book
Training is a strategic vector in the process of raising the awareness of all Accor staff members and ensuring their involvement. Generating awareness among the staff is mainly achieved through the Environment Charter and Guide, as well as by other methods including training, comic books, internal newspapers, videos, meetings, etc…

The comic book "Triera bien qui triera le dernier" (He who sorts last, sorts best) is an amusing awareness tool, accessible to everyone. It was produced with the help of comic-strip professionals and published in 40,000 copies. The book was awarded the Prize for Company Communication in 1996 at the International Comic Book Festival in Angoulême.Within the scope of the Company Environment Awards competition organised by PriceWaterHouseCoopers in 1998, Accor was given the "Eco-citizenship Initiative" prize for its comic book.
