It allows employees to have lunch outside the workplace in a restaurant of their
choice, while enabling employers to benefit from exemptions to certain taxes and payroll
charges.
In 2005, Accor Services further enhanced its meal voucher product. A healthy eating
program was introduced that uses a mascot, Gustino, to help customers identify
nutritionally balanced dishes on restaurant menus.
Employees use food vouchers to pay for groceries in neighborhood stores and
supermarkets. Introduced by Accor Services in 1983 in Mexico, under the Vale Despensas®
name, food vouchers have since been extended throughout Latin America and, more recently, in
Central Europe.
Ticket Tesorus provides small and medium businesses with employee savings and retirement solutions that are practical, educational and efficient. Every employee gets a book of 12 tickets. On each of them stand 3 numbers which correspond to the firm's contribution, the employee's voluntary payment, and the total amount invested into the account. Then the employee is free to save money whenever he/she wants, just by sending one or several tickets to Tesorus.
Through the Vie Pratique® advisory service or via the Internet, employees have access to
housing, family assistance, entertainment, travel and other lifestyle support services, and to legal
counseling and information about government programs.
Académie, a new Accor Services brand launched in January 2004, markets Accor’s capabilities in
service management consulting and training.
Ticket Service® provides the disadvantaged with access to a prepaid service that allows them to
procure groceries and essential services (like housing or electricity) from retail chains and
specialty service providers. Created in France in 1992, the service has since been extended to
other countries, including Italy, Belgium and Germany.
For local authorities, Accor Services has developed a range of tailored products to meet special
needs, in particular to facilitate access to cultural, sports and leisure activities.
This voice server system accurately calculates the number of hours worked by home-care
service providers for the sick or elderly.
These vouchers enable companies to help pay for employee’s childcare expenses. Accor
Services has marketed the voucher in the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Belgium,
Portugal and, since 2003, Spain.
Eyecare Vouchers® a service voucher enabling businesses to provide regulare
to provide regular eye examinations for employees who use computers.
