The Pierre & Vacances Group and Accor have combined their experience and expertise in holiday residences and hotels to create Adagio City Aparthotel, a new concept of city-center apartments offering personalized hotel amenities.
These midscale and upscale apartment hotels, each with 80 to 140 apartments and located in major European capitals, are designed to enable guests to "feel right at home, far from home" during medium to long-term business or leisure stays (from four nights to several months).

The Adagio City Aparthotel network already comprises 16 Aparthotels, in Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Monaco and Rome, with a total of 2,300 apartments.
In 2008, three units are scheduled to open in France, in Montrouge,
Annecy and Paris Opéra, while in 2009, new properties will be added
in Brussels, Basel, Vienna, Strasbourg, Nantes and other cities.
Five years from now, the joint venture is expected to
comprise 50 apartment hotels across Europe.
