Tracking performance
Accor’s environmental, labor and social performances are monitored in-house through a management table that is updated every year. For each theme, this table details the objectives set by the Group for 2010 for each of its stakeholders and updates the level of achievement. This is the most complete tracking tool for the implementation of sustainable development at Accor.
The Sustainable development Department manages the environmental and social issues within the Earth Guest program. Governance, quality, risk management, human resources and purchasing issues are handled by the corresponding departments and by the operating departments in coordination with the Sustainable development Department.
