Sofitel school of excellence

The programme:

“School of Excellence” is a programme for young graduates interested in joining the Sofitel brand. The aim is to train and prepare Sofitel’s leaders of tomorrow. This operational programme can be carried out in our Europe, Middle-East, Asia and USA division and takes place over a period of 12 to 18 months.

Selecting talents:

Our managers recruit Sofitel talents in our partner hotel management schools.

Developing talents:

The Sofitel programme is specially designed to adapt to the needs of each student. The aim is to develop the student to their maximum potential while taking their career ambitions into account.

During the 12 to 18 month traineeship, students get to know all elements of the hotel’s activities and are given the opportunity to develop their skills in various departments:

-          6 months discovering the various departments
-          6 months specialising in the student’s chosen department
-          6 months extension to the programme if necessary

The student is appraised by the hotel every six months to monitor the development of their skills.

Maintaining talents:

Upon successfully completing the programme, the student is guaranteed a management position in a Sofitel hotel, in the department of their choice.
