Management training

Programme contents: 

We give students and young graduates the possibility to carry out “management training” in our hotels in Asia. “Management training” is over a 12 month period minimum.

Management training is carried out in one of the following departments:
- Catering
- Accommodation
- Seminar and banquets

Other departments also take “management trainees”, however the openings are more limited..

Essential criteria for recruitment:

- Speak English (an additional language is an advantage and priority will be given to applicants speaking the local language)
- Have prior operational experience

Other criteria will depend on the country, hotel capacity, brand...

Conditions:

- All our traineeships are paid USD 200 minimum
- Accommodation and meals during work shifts are provided by the hotel (if accommodation is not provided, the student will receive compensation)
- The hotel provides the documents required for the visa
- The plane ticket is paid by the student
