An international mobility policy has been implemented by the Group to accompany employees’ international mobility project

• international mobility rules have been defined for the whole Group, including for example payment of removal costs, temporary accommodation on arrival…
• a team dedicated to international mobility and expatriation has been set up within the Human Resources department: this team’s mission is to accompany mobile employees in their professional project abroad, before, during and after their professional voyage in the world of Accor. This mission includes helping local Managers and Human Resources teams to identify and recruit the right profiles corresponding to their requirements. 
• an intranet site available to all employees includes useful information to help put together their international mobility project (formalities, check list, country guides…).
