"I studied electrical engineering and information and computer technology for industrial applications, and then specialised in hotel and real estate maintenance. My training was done as a sandwich course so I was an apprentice at the ibis Paris Porte d'Orléans, with Mr. Gouygou, the hotel’s technical manager, as my tutor. Once I had finished training, I looked for a job on the Accorjobs website. I found an open-ended contract as a maintenance technician in an ibis and all seasons.
