The Accor recruitment and careers web site acclaimed by students and graduates in France

According to a survey carried out by Potentialpark, Accor finished 4th in the ranking of “the Best Corporate Career Websites” in France.

This result was obtained by questioning 2,543 students in France, on their expectations and requirements. Potentialpark analysed 100 pre-selected companies to achieve the Top 30, taking into account the elements available on the sites in relation to the expectations of the survey’s participants.

64 criteria were determined by the students, broken down into 15 groups and five categories:  Usability, Employer Branding, Talent Relationship, Recruitment Process and Application Management.
AccorJobs, the Group’s recruitment site, and the “Recruitment and Careers” section of accor.com were judged on these criteria.

In gaining 17 places on last year’s results to finish 4th, the Group was acclaimed most notably for the quality of its professions guide, the internationality of its interface – AccorJobs is available in 12 languages – and the originality of its professions quiz.
