The 2009/2010 IHMP (International Hospitality Management Program) students have received their diplomas

The IHMP training programme is carried out in partnership with the Hotel Operations’ Human Resources department, the Académie Accor (the Group’s corporate university) and the International Institute for Hotel Management (ESSEC Group). It is aimed towards high potential hotel management employees wishing to work abroad.
During three, two week sessions, heads of department, operations managers or general managers, follow a programme in English, alternating theory and practical case studies in areas such as Corporate Strategy, Human Resources Management, Sales/Marketing, Revenue Management, Communication, Finance and Distribution Systems. The course is also a unique opportunity to share best practices and meet new people from a multitude of different brands, professions and countries.
This year, the 29 participants ranging in age from 27 to 53, came from 18 different countries. Seven members of the group were promoted during the course.
