Mercure launches “The Most Romantic Job” in the UK
At the end of July 2010, Mercure (UK) launched a competition to find Wedding planners for Mercure Windsor Castle Hotel and Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel and Spa. The brand is inviting people to participate in this competition and become a Wedding planner in one of the two hotels.
The online application process on "The Most Romantic Job" website involves candidates filling out a form and cover letter explaining their motivation, and posting their CV and a presentation video.
The role of a Wedding planner is to accommodate a client’s wishes, so the Mercure brand is looking for people that are creative, diplomatic and romantic enough to understand their clients’ desires.
The two competition winners will be given a full-time contract and a weekend in Paris.
