Special weekend offers: one, two, or three nights
To satisfy our leisure clientele's expectations, ibis offers preferential rates for
short weekend stays. On Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, as well as on public
holidays and the night preceding, ibis customers will benefit from:
- a discount of 15% to 20% for all stays of two consecutive nights (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday),
- a discount of 15% to 30% for all stays of three consecutive nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday),
- and, as before, a special weekend price for all one night stays.

The "15-minute Satisfaction Guarantee" is a unique example of how demanding the ibis approach is. If a guest tells us about a problem that falls under the hotel's responsibility, the hotel team gives itself 15 minutes to find a solution, and this applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Otherwise, the guest's room is on the hotel.
Furthermore, ibis was the first economy hotel brand to receive, in 1997, ISO 9001 certification for the quality of its service and improvement in service: accommodation 24/7, breakfast from 4 am to 12 noon, and its round-the-clock snack and bar service. Today, nearly 700 ibis hotels have ISO 9001 certification.
Leader in Europe, expanding worldwide
The ibis concept proved such a success that it swiftly rose to become European leader on the economy hotel market and rank among the top five worldwide, with 102,167 rooms and 861 hotels in 43 countries.
In 2007, ibis launched its most ambitious growth strategy to date. By strengthening its world leadership position and intensifying its growth on emerging markets, notably in Asia and Latin America, ibis has set itself the goal to open nearly 100 hotels by 2010.
Pioneer in environmental commitment
In 2004, ibis was the first hotel economy chain to obtain ISO 14001 certification. One of the most highly regarded environmental standards in the world, it validates company policies on waste reduction and water and energy consumption in accordance with local regulations. Nearly one-third of ibis hotels have achieved this certification. The brand has set itself the goal to have 75% of its hotels certified by 2010.
