A|Club Places has been recently released by Accor. It is the first location-based application on Facebook launched by an international hotel group that offers bonus points to its loyalty program members.
With 8.3 million members in 3 years, A|Club is a true success story. Already generating 18% of total individual customer revenue, members are more loyal (averaging 3 stays, versus 1.5 for non-member guests) and spend more (20% more per stay compared with non-member guests).
