- How do you measure performances?
Every year, Accor publishes in its annual report a sustainable development management table, which lists in 30 topics all the actions carried out by the Group. The data are consolidated through the various tools used in Accor.
For environment for instance, Accor developed an environmental management tool, OPEN. Through that tool, hotels report:- The number of actions they implemented from the Environment Charter,
- Their water and energy consumptions,
- Their results on the Plant for the Planet project,
- The quantity and the cost of produced waste.
