Created in 1962, this solution allows you to have lunch every day outside of your office, in one of the affiliated restaurants you choose. The win? The contribution is tax deductible and free of social security charges.
Recent changes in the public welfare sector, in several countries have meant that citizens can now also benefit from this advantage.
Ticket Alimentación®
Launched by Accor Services in Mexico in 1983, it allows employees to obtain food products in corner stores or supermarkets.
This system is usually implemented as part of fringe benefits or local food programs.
Ticket Childcare Voucher®
With this voucher, developed in the United Kingdom in 1989, the employer contributes to the day care charges of the employees that are parents. The service vouchers are presented as tickets, cards or virtual electronic reserves via Internet, which can develop the loyalty of the clients.
Accor Services is developing these services in the United Kingdom, the U.S.A, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Belgium, Portugal, Spain and Austria.
Ticket Service®
Prepaid service voucher which purpose is to help people who are suffering from precariousness. These people can, thus, buy food products or first necessity services to specialized service providers.
Accor Services also offers tailor-made products, designed on demand for a specific need. For instance, this voucher is distributed in Germany by the länder to refugees, and in France by the local communities or NGO to the least privileged.
Ticket CESU®
The Ticket CESU® allows employees to have a cheaper access to services that can make their everyday lives easier such as: baby-sitting, tutoring, house work, assistance for dependant people…
This tool can also create nice tax advantages: exemption of social charges and tax credit.
Ticket TESORUS®
From now on, contribution savings is not anymore for large companies only. Ticket Tesorus® has been developed as part of the Loi Fabius, which makes contribution savings available for any company with less than 100 partners.
