The TEAMLab, innovative training technology within the Académie Accor, is the only one of its kind in the world. Simulations and interactive scenarios create much greater and faster trainee involvement than in traditional courses. The Académie Accor trains managers in teams which team undertake missions, exploration and adventures. Based on the principle of the flight simulator, the trainees are immediately involved in situations which require teamwork and the clear definition of the roles of each team member.
